{{helpme}} I am trying to write an article on the Texas Shakespeare Festival. An editor said there is a "notability" problem...however, I have modeled my article on other Shakespeare festival articles I have found that appear to be okay...any suggestions? Thank you.

First let me say welcome and thanks for contributing to the encyclopedia. The other editor is referring to our notability guidelines. I recommend reading them. In short, they say that to be included the festival must be notable and notability can be demonstrated by citing multiple independent sources that discuss the festival. For example, look at Stratford Festival of Canada. This article has many sources cited. The fact that the festival was mentioned in those four books indicates notability. --Selket Talk 06:28, 12 May 2007 (UTC)
