This is my first created article, so it's probably all kinds of wrong. I translated the text from the French version, and did my best to wrangle it into paragraph form. (The original was a list of facts).
I'm sure there are huge informational gaps in here, but I know nothing about the topic, and chose it merely to exercise my mad translation skizzles.--Ddsilver 18:55, 22 April 2006 (UTC)
