Jeannie Carson

Jeannie Carson (born Jean Schufflebottom on May 23, 1928 in Yorkshire) is an English comedian and stage actor.[1] Carson has a "star" on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
She starred in the 1956-1957 US TV sitcom Hey, Jeannie! as the Scottish character Jeannie MacLennan.[2] In 1960, she met and married Biff McGuire while both were singing on the Broadway production of Finian's Rainbow. The couple went on tour together the following year with Camelot in which Biff played King Arthur and Jeannie co-starred as Guenevere. Later, they performed at the Seattle Repertory for 15 years, often together.
