Jean-François Larios (born August 27, 1956 in Sidi-Bel-Abbès, Algeria) is a former football midfielder from France, who earned seventeen international caps (five goals) for the French national team during the late 1970s, early 1980s. A player of AS Saint-Étienne (1978-1982), he was a member of the French team in the 1982 FIFA World Cup.
