Jean-Claude Van Cauwenberghe

Jean-Claude Van Cauwenberghe (born April 28, 1944), nicknamed "Van Cau", is a Walloon (from Southern Belgium) politician. He is member of the Belgian French-speaking Socialist Party (PS).
He was Minister-President of the Walloon Region from 2000 until October 2005. He resigned amid the ICDI affair and was replaced by Elio Di Rupo.
