Jealous Bone was a single release by Patty Loveless in 1991. It was included on her fifth album with MCA Records, Up Against My Heart, with the single being released in January 1992. It was the second single released from the album.

The music video released for this song gives the appearance of being filmed in concert. However, it was filmed as a video production in front of an audience of Loveless' fans.
According to Loveless: "... it was one of the more difficult video projects I've attempted.. as it wasn't filmed all in one take.. had numerous camera angles to shoot.. and with all that work involved. . I had to keep the same level of energy as if it had been filmed in concert...."
The song charted for 14 weeks on the Billboard Hot Country Singles and Tracks chart, reaching #13 during the week of 28 March 1992.
