Ještěd (IPA: [ˈjɛʃcɛt]; German: Jeschken) is the highest mountain peak (1,012 meter) of the Ještěd-Kozákov Ridge near Liberec in the Czech Republic. The Dolní Hanychov section of Liberec is just below the mountain. On its summit there is a television tower which can be reached by cable aerial tramway (Ještěd Cable car). The mountain also has a ski resort.The tower is also a restaurant and a hotel.
