Jason Dywane Wilkins (born in Fort Stewart, Georgia, on June 25, 1975) is an American poet, painter, and novelist. He is the co-inventor of the poetry form known to the world as Rictameter alongside his cousin Richard W. Lunsford, Jr. Wilkins was one of the founding members of the now-defunct Brotherhood of the Amarantos Mystery.

Wilkins served as a United States Navy Quartermaster on board the USS Oak Hill (LSD-51) from the years 1996-2000. He has worked as a firefighter, EMT, and HAZMAT technician in the metro Atlanta area since September of 2000.
