PATENTED significant implementations in the areas of "Unified Messaging" and "Keystroke Biometrics".

PUBLISHED in the areas of information security, user interfaces and technology research.

INDUSTRY involvement with Wall Street Technology Association since 1997 and member of WSTA Advisory / Content Committee.

LEADERSHIP experience in both business as well as emergency service environments.

SPEAKER with experience presenting at conferences and hosting seminars.

RESEARCH expertise in behavioral biometrics, human-computer interfaces and usability engineering.

John is a member of Infragard (NYC Chapter), ASIS (American Society for Industrial Security), holds a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification from (ISC)², and is an appointed member of the Wall Street Technology Association's Advisory / Content Committee. His education includes a dual BS/MBA degree from Pace University. Among his many achievements is a patent for an implementation of what is now known as "Unified Messaging" as well as a patent pending for his unique algorithm in "Keystroke Biometrics".

Mr. Checco’s experience encompasses research and development of cutting edge technologies from the IBM Watson Research Center, NYNEX Science & Technology Center, and extensive medical imaging experience with Nova Microsonics, Advanced Technologies Labs, Kodak Health Imaging, CardioNOW and DOBI Medical. He also owns a small but successful company, Checco Services Inc, which develops and sells bioChec™ keystroke biometric solutions and is involved in the standards definition for keystroke biometric data.
