Jazzland Records (1960)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Jazzland Records was an American jazz label founded in 1960 by Bill Grauer and Orrin Keepnews, as a subsidiary of their Riverside Records company. Originally used to re-package earlier Riverside releases; subsequently the label was used for original releases, in particular for a series of records produced by Julian Cannonball Adderley. It is now part of the Concord Music Group; they absorbed Fantasy Records in 2004.
