[edit] American Idol Season 6

In a discussion on the article's talk page, it was decided that there would not be a list of all the contestants, just on of those who were notable. It was also decided that a separate list could be created to do that. If you would like, you could create it, but please do not add contestants to the season six article just for making it to Hollywood. Tennis DyNamiTe (sign here) 02:20, 10 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] HTML code

Hello. When you use "ref" HTML tags to insert references, you have to open the reference with "ref" but close it with "/ref". (Otherwise you will just start another reference inside the first.) To see what I mean, look at the results of your recent edits to Martin Scorsese; you managed to make half the article vanish.

[edit] Red links

Please don't unlink actors names. Red links are not bad things. When there is a red link and someone creates an article for that link, then the link automatically turns blue. Think of it this way, if Mel Gibson didn't have an article yet and all the places on Wikipedia that used his name, like all the films that he's appeared in, didn't have brackets around his name it would just look like "Mel Gibson". So then someone writes the M.G. article. Now, since nothing is linked, they would have to go around to all the articles that mention his name and put brackets around it. That's a lot of work if someone wants to write an article and get it linked from other articles. But if it's already linked, when the article is written all those red links turn blue automatically. Please see WP:REDLINK for more on this.

Also, please don't put actors names in italics in cast listings. This isn't standard practice. Dismas|(talk) 11:27, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Request for help on Bedtime Stories (film)

Hi there, I'm looking for someone who can help me on the article for the upcoming Sandler film Bedtime Stories, and I see you've been one of the more active editors on the page. Currently, the article is missing the name of one of the producers, Jack Giarraputo. Would you mind adding it to the infobox on the right-hand side of the page? (I asked someone else a few days ago, but haven't had any response.) See my comment on the talk page there for more details. I would do it myself, but the studio is a client of my employer. If you have any questions, please feel free to reply on my talk page. NMS Bill (talk) 15:25, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
