Jaythegreat is a type of person that mainly sits back and listens to a conversation, rather than being in the conversation himself. Jaythegreat takes time to think of what to say in a conversation (if he gets involved in one) before actually saying it, but sometimes he takes too long to think, so he misses the opportunity. Jaythegreat is not very sociable; however, in 2007, he began to get his friends together to hangout. Jaythegreat is an overall nice guy and he tries not to hurt other people's feelings, but sometimes fails.

Jaythegreat enjoys several things. He is a very big fan of MMORPGs, but he prefers a small community of gamers over a large one. Jaythegreat also likes to spar with friends on occasion. He enjoys listening to music while playing games, browsing the web, or watching TV. Jaythegreat's main hobby is playing video games on the NES, SNES, N64, Wii, Playstation, PS2, Xbox, or any hand-held system.
