[edit] Revisions

Thanks to anyone who is correcting the formatting and grammar mistakes that I left in my wake. If it weren't for you this work would truly be daunting. EraserGirl (talk) 17:04, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Headings

Some of the headings seem to be a cryptic, rather than descriptive. Snowman (talk) 17:37, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

I completely agree, personally I seem to have an aversion to carving up a person's life into sections. I see a biography as a linear whole, covering who they were, what they did and what events made up their character and effected their life. If I were to do it properly I would end up putting a section header between each paragraph as very few subjects extend over more than one. Please feel free to suggest better divisions. I do not know much about the subject. Some standard or well used headings might be useful. I think that more sub-headings might help, because the sections seem to be too big. Snowman (talk) 17:49, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Cause of Death

I have read 8 different obituaries and the cause of her death has been withheld. The was a very private person, she rarely gave interviews I could only find three, and I still can't get a hold of a copy the one she did for the LA TIMES. If I ever find out the COD I will go back and add it, as I did today when I found the rest of the La Cage aux Folles information. Just because I got to the end doesn't mean I STOP researching, as I read other references, I always check for stuff for my previous articles. EraserGirl (talk) 17:45, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Clarification please

There is a line which appears to be incomplete:

"The problem with Funny Lady was that Barbra Streisand did not want to do it in the worst way and was determined to give the director, Herbert Ross."

Could this be clarified while indicating what is meant by "in the worst way"? --Red Sunset 20:34, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

It's a colloquialism, meaning really, really, really didn't want to do it. I had taken it from the interview, I will change it to something more clear. EraserGirl (talk) 20:50, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
