[edit] POV?

I think there is a lot of good content being presented on this page, though I think that some of it might be more in the realm of POV writing instead of NPOV. Also, some of the phrasing sounds a bit conversational (for lack of a better word) throughout. But since Jay Ferguson's musical history is a bit of a weak spot for me, I'd rather not attempt to clean it up without getting opinions from others on this matter. Thoughts? -- Kevinloy 18:01, 28 October 2006 (UTC)

Obviously you were either not alive or the genre of music discussed does not appeal to you. Spirit was emblematic of a time and place , a seminal rock band and influential on the LA music scene beyond its sales, particularly if you resided on the West Coast in the 60's. Jay Ferguson was an influential and founding member of this band. Agree re: NPOV. I will undertake a cleanup as a pet project. Mhickerson 05:26, 13 June 2007

This article MAY have one or two POV statements at best; it doesn't deserve a "neutrality" tag.Bamadude 23:22, 22 July 2007 (UTC)
