Jayma Suzette Mays (born 16 July 1979) is an American television and film actress.

Mays was born in Grundy, Virginia. After graduating from Grundy Senior High School, she attended Radford University, graduating with a degree in Performing Arts. In 2004, she made her first television appearance on Joey. The following year, she made her feature film debut with a supporting role in Red Eye. Mays' other credits include House, Six Feet Under, The Comeback, Entourage, Stacked, How I Met Your Mother, Heroes, Ghost Whisperer and Ugly Betty. Jayma was in other movies, such as: Bar Starz, Flags of Our Fathers and Blind Guy Driving. She also starred in the spoof film Epic Movie.

She played characters called "Charlie" on two different TV shows in the 2006-2007 season: a waitress who befriends Hiro in Texas on Heroes, and the girlfriend of Betty's crush, Henry, on Ugly Betty. She also played two characters named "Jennifer" in Entourage and Ghost Whisperer. She guest starred on House as a lesbian patient with the bubonic plague. She also played Elsita, who lives and works in a windmill as well as her mother Elsa in episode four of Pushing Daisies.[1]

Mays recently was featured in the music video Awakening for the rock band Switchfoot. She plays an unnamed character who enthusiastically dances to the single on a Dance Dance Revolution-type mat. Mays also appears in Derek Waters' "Drunk History" series on Funnyordie.com alongside Jack Black. Black plays Benjamin Franklin in episode 2.5, and Mays plays the wife of Franklin's friend who Franklin succeeds in seducing.
