Jay Tibbs

Jay Lindsey Tibbs (b. January 4, 1962 in Birmingham, Alabama) was a Major League Baseball pitcher with a seven-year career from 1984 to 1990. He played for the Cincinnati Reds, Montreal Expos and Pittsburgh Pirates and the Baltimore Orioles. He was a subpar pitcher with only two winning seasons and career ERA of 4.20.
