Jay Reise

Jay Reise (born 1950) is an American composer. He has won the Koussevitzky Tanglewood prize and is currently the Robert Weiss Professor of Music Composition at the University of Pennsylvania. His opera, Rasputin, received generally negative reviews in the press [1]
