Jay Neagle (born January 17, 1988) is an Australian rules footballer playing for the AFL's Essendon Football Club.
The son of former Bomber Merv Neagle, Jay was drafted under the father-son rule at the end of the 2005 AFL season.
Jay played his first game for the Bombers in Round 22 of the 2007 season. He was very impressive with his leading and marking in the game and kicked an impressive first goal. Essendon will be hoping that Jay can develop into a full-forward for the Bombers to replace the ageing Matthew Lloyd.
