Jay Feaster

Harry Jay Feaster (born 30 July 1962 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania) is an American National Hockey League executive.
As of 2008, Feaster is the general manager of the Tampa Bay Lightning. He won the Stanley Cup in 2004 as the GM of the Lightning. He is a graduate of Susquehanna University, and holds a JD from Georgetown University.
Feaster and his wife Anne, have five children between the ages of 3 and 15.
