Jay-R Reyes (born July 16, 1984 in Tiwi, Albay) is a professional basketball player in the Philippine Basketball Association who currently plays for the Welcoat Dragons. He was automatically pulled by the Welcoat Dragons from the Philippine Basketball League.

Reyes was the youngest player in the 2006-07 PBA season in only 22 years of age. He played 35 games and he averaged 12.5 points per game, 1.8 blocks per game and 8.9 rebounds per game. He was one of the rookies who led the PBA in the top ten in the rebound category.[1]
