Source	Source of digital version is irrelevant, as it is derived from promotional material released by the movie copyright holder (possibly through digital photo or scanning).

Low resolution?	Yes.
Purpose of use	The primary means of visual identification for the subject of the Jaws 3-D article.
Replaceable?	Copyrighted movie poster, so no free alternative can exist.
Other information	The use of a low-resolution movie poster in no way limits the movie copyright holders ability to market the movie. In fact, it is likely that the opposite is true. The resolution is also sufficiently low that a printed version will be of vastly inferior quality to a full-size poster, so it does not limit the poster copyright holders ability to sell the posters either.
