If, for some reason, you are unable to fix a problem yourself, feel free to ask someone else to do it. Wikipedia has a vibrant community of contributors who have a wide range of skills and specialties, and many of them would be glad to help. As well as the wiki community pages there are IRC Channels, where you are more than welcome to ask for assistance.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask me on my talk page. Thanks and happy editing,-- JoanneB 12:14, 22 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Images

Hi there, I saw that you have uploaded quite a few images on Commons, and licensed them into the public domain, as images of yourself. The images were from another website though (gibson.com) so you can't do that. That license can only be used for images that you actually took yourself. If you have any questions, let me know! --JoanneB 12:16, 22 April 2007 (UTC)

If you continue using images that you uploaded with a wrong license (PD-self for images that you found on a website is always the wrong tag!!), you risk getting blocked eventually. Please stop doing this! Kind regards, --JoanneB 08:15, 23 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned non-free image (Image:Energizer.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Energizer.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 08:50, 29 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] AfD nomination of Welcome to Mac OS window

Welcome to Mac OS window, an article you created, has been nominated for deletion. We appreciate your contributions. However, an editor does not feel that Welcome to Mac OS window satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in the nomination space (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and the Wikipedia deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Welcome to Mac OS window and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Welcome to Mac OS window during the discussion but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion discussion.
