Javed Sheikh (Urdu: جاوید شیخ, also spelled Javaid) is a Pakistani actor, director and producer who is involved with Bollywood, Lollywood, and Pollywood films.[1]

The first movie he acted in was the Lollywood film Dhamaka, released on December 14, 1974[2]. He has since acted in over 100 Urdu films from the 1970s through to the early 2000s.
The first movie he directed was Mushkil, released in 1995.[1]. In 2002 he directed Yeh Dil Aap Ka Huwa and also had a supporting role in the film.[3]
In 2005 he switched to acting in Bollywood films and appeared in the films Shikhar (2005) and Jaan-E-Mann (2006). [4]. In 2007 he appeared in Namaste London, Om Shanti Om and the Pakistani film Mein Ek Din Laut Kay Aaoon Ga. His upcoming film as director is Khulay Aasman Kay Neechay which is a big-budget film which has been shot in four different countries i.e., Pakistan, India, UAE and Australia. The film is ready to hit the cinemas.

He was married to actress Neeli but they divorced. He then married singer and actress Salma Agha and is also divorced from her.
