Java (Russian: Ява) is a brand of Russian cigarettes. The brand is currently owned by BAT-Rossija, the Russian division of British-American Tobacco. Java comes in two varieties: regular Java and Java Zolotaya (Java Gold). The Java brand was established in 1966 and was the first in the Soviet Union to produce filtered cigarettes.
