I'm changing Jason's sport from "American football" back to "football", which is how the original poster had put it, as per status quo rules involving British/American English on Wikipedia. "The University of Oklahoma American football team" just sounds ridiculous.

I agree

[edit] Deleted Sentence

I deleted the sentence that read, "Jason White's career was characterized by his inability to win big games." This sentence is clearly opinion. The original poster may characterize him by that, but it's unfair to say this without mentioning the fact that he won big games such as the Big XII championship in 2004, and the Red River Rivalry (Texas Longhorns) twice.

If you want to say that Jason lead his team to two national championships, but lost them both, then say that specifically. Trying to "characterize" a player is wrong. Give the facts, let people draw conclusions for themselves.

Athlete's Foot Shoe Store? I doubt thats real.

Any word on what he does now?—Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.109.220.10 (talkcontribs)

I could be wrong, but he might work for Steven Owens' company. But he also does a lot of charitable work in and around Oklahoma City. I constantly hear that he's gonna be at some golf tournament/poker tournament/etc for local charities.--NMajdantalk 12:50, 14 July 2006 (UTC)
