Jason Ryan Ybarra (born February 4, 1976) is an American actor, stuntman, martial artist and professional independent wrestler. He is most remembered for playing Rocky the red power ranger from 1994 to 1997. Although his name was changed for the show to steve cardenas , Jason still continued working on the show for another 7 years after his character was changed in the series as a stuntman. He has worked on several movies and television shows since then and has appeared at many comic cons and sci fi conventions throughout the U.S. .He has studied martial arts for many many years and won many competitions as well as wrestling in several pro wrestling matches with the empire wrestling federation in san bernardino.
