Jason Tovey (born 28 April 1989 in Newport, Wales) is a Welsh rugby union footballer who plays at Fly Half for Newport Gwent Dragons and has represented the Wales under 20's side.

Tovey made his debut for Newport Gwent Dragons against the Ospreys in a Magners League defeat on Friday 25th of April 2008 [1]
