Jason Russo musician Born August 16, 1973 in Yonkers, NY and raised in Hopewell Junction, NY and currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.

Founding member and the singer/guitarist of the psychedelic rock band Hopewell. Toured as the bassist for the New York band Mercury Rev until putting full attention to Hopewell for good in 2001. Since then Hopewell has been constantly recording and touring.
