Jason Ryles (born January 17, 1979 in Wollongong, New South Wales) is an Australian rugby league player for the St George Illawarra Dragons in the National Rugby League competition.

Ryles has also played in sixteen tests for the Australian international side and represented New South Wales on eight occasions, his position of choice is at prop forward.

He has recently opened a coffee shop in Corrimal "Coffee Guru" with his mother and now business partner, Debbie. The opportunity came through Simon Woolford, as he own's one of the Canberra based coffee shops in Canberra, there is also one situated in Dapto.
