Jason Cayless (born January 15, 1980 in Sydney, Australia to New Zealand parents) is a New Zealand rugby league player for St Helens RFC in the Super League. His usual position is prop forward. Jason is the younger brother of another prominent rugby league player, Nathan Cayless

He previously played for the Sydney Roosters and the Parramatta Eels in the National Rugby League. He has also represented the New Zealand national rugby league team on several occasions since 2002.
