Jason Armstead (born September 18, 1979 in Moss Point, Mississippi) is a wide receiver playing for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League.
Armstead was picked third overall by Saskatchewan in the Renegades dispersal draft in 2006. He was signed by the Renegades in 2004. He was named to the CFL All-Star team in 2005. In 2003 he played three pre-season games as a kick returner for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League. Prior to that, he attended and played for the University of Mississippi. On August 19, 2007 he was traded to the Hamilton Tiger-Cats for running back/returner Corey Holmes and receiver Chris Getzlaf.
