Jason is a member of the super hero family the Pantheon. Jason often did Agamemnon's dirty work disposing of people who had crossed Agamemnon. Jason defected from the Pantheon when Agamemnon ordered him to murder his teammate Ulysses. The task later fell to Pantheon member Achilles. As a result of this Achilles student Walter Charles took Ulysses's codename and place within the Pantheon. Shortly before this Walter Charles had stabbed Jason in the eye with the handle of a mop causing Jason to lose the eye.
Jason is an excellent marksman and sniper. Jason is also virtually immortal like the other members of Agamemnon's family. Agamemnon was half-Asgardian god and half-human but had to make a bargain with aliens in order to pass the immortality onto his descendants.
Jason had a daughter with fellow Pantheon member Andromeda named Delphi. When Agamemnon left the Pantheon mountain headquarters the Mount, Jason seized upon the opportunity and tried unsuccessfully to assassinate Agamemnon. Jason rejoined the team after the battle between the Hulk and Agamemnon destroyed the Pantheon's headquarters.
