Jasienica (German: Heinzendorf) is a village and the seat of Gmina Jasienica, Bielsko County, Silesian Voivodeship, southern Poland. It has a population of 4,750 (2006). It lies in the historical region of Cieszyn Silesia and was first mentioned in a written document in 1305.
