[edit] No deletion
If you want to delete this page, please don't just put a "speedy deletion" on it just like it's nothing. There is not much information on this mayor and I'm looking for more information. But I still feel there should be a Wikipedia article for this mayor because there is some information. Not a lot, but still some. Also, anyone who even thinks about putting this for deletion because the mayor is not notable should do the same for every non notable president of the United States because there are presidents that aren't very popular but during those days, he was.
