Jarvis PLC (LSE: JRVS) provides support and facilities maintenance services to clients in the railway, manufacturing, and other business sectors.
As part of its financial restructuring, Jarvis sold off or shut down several subsidiaries to focus on core businesses. Subsidiaries now include Jarvis Rail (rail renewal, track development, signaling), Fastline (on-track machinery and plant equipment), and Jarvis Accommodation Services (facilities management). Jarvis works primarily in the UK, but also does business in continental Europe.
