Jarrod Saffy (born October 24, 1984 in Cape Town, South Africa) is a South African rugby league player for the St George Illawarra Dragons club in Australia's National Rugby League competition. He previously played for the Wests Tigers.
He was educated at St Joseph's, Hunters Hill. Saffy represented the Australian Schoolboys, Australian under 21s and the Australian Sevens in rugby union.
Saffy's debuted in first grade in rugby league in the final round 26 match of 2006 for the Wests Tigers. He made eight first grade appearances for the Tigers in 2007. Saffy plays rugby league at second-row and also at prop-forward.
