Jaroslav Malina

Jaroslav Malina (born December 5, 1937 in Prague) is a scenographer from the Czech Republic. He is a member of the Artistic Council of the Academy of Arts in Prague. In 1991, 1999, and 2003, Malina sat as the commissioner-in-chief of the Prague Quadrennial.

Malina studied at the Pedagogical Faculty of the Charles University from 1957 to 1961 and then at the Academy of Fine Arts, from which he graduated in 1964. In 1990 he became a teacher of the Academy and was its president from 1996 to 1998[1].
