Jared Brennan (born July 28, 1984) is an Australian rules footballer in the Australian Football League.

He was recruited as the number 3 draft pick in the 2002 AFL Draft from Southern Districts in the Northern Territory.
He made his debut for the Brisbane Lions in Round 4, 2003 against Collingwood.
After inconsistent form in the next few seasons playing as a utility he generally failing to live up to expectations, there were rumours that Brennan would be traded to another club.
Coach Leigh Matthews, switched him to the forward line in mid 2007 and against West Coast Eagles in Round 14, Brennan appeared to come of age, leading the charge with 4 goals, coinciding with a resurgence in the Brisbane Lions.
He followed it up with a personal record of 7 goals against the Collingwood Football Club in round 17.[1]
He is well known for his flamboyant plays and also his trademark one-handed hold. against Collingwood he made a spectatcular one handed mark.
