It also means a joke! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.25.168.38 (talk • contribs) 19:39, 24 May 2006 (UTC)
- That is correct. However, it seems out of place given the subject matter.
- For what it's worth, at least it is noted here ;) Folajimi 20:21, 24 May 2006 (UTC)
In the dictionary it is: an amusing or humourous quip...

- Very well; Jape (disambiguation) has been updated to include the dictionary reference; a link was simply provided to the appropriate Wiktionary entry.
- As for the band, more information would be needed to create an article in the encyclopaedia. As it stands, Wikipedia frowns on the use of MySpace pages for references; however, the act has released multiple recordings (according to a certain record label). This will go a long way in helping to satisfy the notability requirement for inclusion in the encyclopaedia.
- FWIW, it seems that they have been mentioned in The Irish Times (see aforementioned record label link), as well as at entertainment.ie. If you are privy any other information that will help establish notability per the guidelines outlined at WP:MUSIC, please share. --Cheers, Folajimi (leave a note) 17:55, 29 December 2006 (UTC)
