[edit] Merge with other stubs

It really isn't a good idea to have this subject split into multiple stub articles. Much better to have all of the info available in sections of one article. Cgingold (talk) 13:33, 7 March 2008 (UTC)

At first I thought it wouldn't be a good idea to merge but they're all very stubby so we might as well merge them. But here's the caveat, we shouldn't assume or imply that the three are one and the same.
