Japanese Torture Comedy Hour is a Noisecore/Electronic band formed by Pig Destroyer guitarist Scott Hull after leaving Anal Cunt, though Scott's page on ANb.com leads you to believe the band was a project long before Scott left Anal Cunt. Tim Morse of Anal Cunt also contributed to the band's early sound though most of it was never released. Tim would later leave the band.
The band's releases are relatively rare and hard to find, though they have several releases and have appeared on many compilation albums.
