Japanese-Paraguayan relations

Japanese-Paraguayan relations are foreign relations between Japan and Paraguay. Both countries established diplomatic relations on November 17, 1924. Japan has an embassy in Asuncion and Paraguay has an embassy in Tokyo. There is around 7,000 Paraguayans who are of Japanese decent, whose ancestors came to Paraguay between 1936 and 1959.
