[edit] Additional authors?
Should Banana Yoshimoto be included? Some of her work is definitely on the edge of science fiction or fantasy? In particular, I'm thinking about Amrita as translated by Russell Wasden. Quite a lot of ghostly aspects... Or is it just too dangerous to let fantasy creep in? (Actually, I basically dislike fantasy, but it's often hard to draw the line there.) [edit] Name order problem?
Fujio Ishihara's name is reversed in the current list, but I'm not sure how they want to handle that here. The main article also has his family name (Ishihara) first. That's the norm in Japanese, but the usual convention in English is to reverse it to the English pattern. (Also, in the main article it's missing at least one of his books, a non-fiction book about robots written for children.) Shanen 08:30, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
