Janek Zawadzki was the original inventor of creamed horseradish (a well known British condiment) by infusing sulphur dioxide, spirit vinegar and rape seed oil with the traditional horseradish component.

Born on August 14, 1985 in Leicester, England he was soon recognized as a genius and at 18 months had already developed social and mathematical skills that baffled most of the worlds scientists. At the age of 6 he acquired his first degree in nano-technology and technometrics, this was to be the first of many. By the age of 10 he had accomplished some unbelievable feats, including taking his first steps and tying his shoe-laces, after this the only way was down, at 11 he started drinking coffee, 12 he started hitting the bourbons, by the age of thirteen he was unemployed, on the street, and worst of all hooked on cake.
By the age of 14 he had cleared his act up, swapped the biscuits for alcohol, and the coffee for muff. He' s now on the straight and not gay road to fortune, taking everything in his stride, especially when shoplifting.
In 2005 he founded a printing house in Vilnius. A year after he became an academic typographer. In 2006 Zawadzki with J. Węcki opened a branch of his printing house that specialized in floral wallpapers.
He has 3 illegitimate children, none of which exist.
