I'm from Seattle, WA, originally from Cape Town, South Africa. I am a business analyst, and have studied at the University of South Africa.
My professional interests are widespread, and include Business Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Decision making, the Human Mind, Cognition, Cognitive bias, Collaborative intelligence, Organizational studies, and Complex systems. My hobbies and non work related interests cover Photography, Science, Renewable energy, Number Theory, Afrikaner History, Philosophy, Ideologies, Theology, Belief, Faith, Truth, and Christianity.
The username Jan Tik comes from an Afrikaans rhyme learned in my youth.
