[edit] First woman Finance Minister

For the record, it's only true on a flimsy technicality that MacKinnon was Canada's first female finance minister. She was the first to hold the title by that exact name, but Bette Stephenson was Ontario's treasurer (i.e. finance minister by a different name) in 1985. Bearcat 20:00, 12 October 2007 (UTC)
