The subject is significant because she is widely acknowledged as a leading figure in her field, in which she has been working full-time and professionally over the last 30 years - as made clear in the article through the references and links to her exhibitions, activities and works in public collections. What would greatly help are some citations from newspapers or magazines. Third-party information that is verifiable and helps with the notability issue. A photo would also be a great help. A little mollusk (talk) 19:37, 14 March 2008 (UTC)
