I'm pretty sure there was once the incident a couple of years back on the career information day when a student asked about the salary of an exotic dancer, or something similar that might be worth mentioning. It was mentioned in Business 2.0, if I remember correctly. Unidentified Flying Bunny in the Sky Talk Contribs 04:51, 30 March 2008 (UTC)

And you're suggesting that the entire world must know about it? Also see WP:NOT#NEWS. Calvin 1998 (t-c) 04:30, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

Interesting anecdote. Unidentified Flying Bunny in the Sky Talk Contribs 00:52, 15 April 2008 (UTC)

Yes, because it is an important/interesting event that is part of JLS's history, and should be dutifully noted! Also, Calvin, you should stop ruling the JLS page with an iron fist! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 199.80.170.243 (talk) 19:51, 29 April 2008 (UTC)
Have some common sense, see this. Calvin 1998 (t-c) 00:32, 30 April 2008 (UTC)

All I am suggesting is that a piece of information that was news at the time, pertaining to the relevance of this school, should be posted! You can't decide what is or is not information on this school. Next thing you know you have a dictatorship. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 199.80.169.253 (talk) 17:43, 30 April 2008 (UTC)

All I can say is that Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of information, not for news reports, not a publisher of original thought, nor a soapbox. Calvin 1998 (t-c) 01:33, 1 May 2008 (UTC)

No it is not, but that is not what I am saying! Information pertaining to the relevance of the school should be noted! WHY IS THIS PAGE EVEN HERE IF YOU CANNOT ADD INFORMATION THAT IS TRUE! It's not vandalism, Calvin, it is actual information. Under your justification, "Trivia" pages about movies shouldn't be included in Wikipedia!

Well, you know, they're not. That's why they often have the little "trivia pages are not encouraged, please find a way to merge the information in with the rest of the article" thing. Also, please either sign your comments or do not make it so it looks like I wrote your comments, like you did with your last comment.
