[edit] poisoned

Is there any truth to the rumours that she was poisoned which caused her "stroke" in 1957? Opiumjones 23 (talk) 00:36, 5 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] This page misrepresents the subject

Jane Bowles deserves a rather more academic page than this. It smacks of the pr her husband's circle have maintained. the lady deserves better. Her writing and life is and was far more interesting than this page reflects. Her lesbianism etc have been ignored. Her husband Paul Bowles marriage despite his sexuality and his murder attempt etc. i will research and provide some sources. Opiumjones 23 (talk) 00:45, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
