Janusz Kochanowski

Janusz Bogumił Kochanowski (born April 18, 1940 in Częstochowa, Poland) is a Polish lawyer, diplomat, and since 2006, the Commissioner for Civil Rights Protection of the Republic of Poland - the Polish Ombudsman.
